Hotel
We will have a room block for September 4th + 5th at Hôtel L'Orangerie in the city center, conveniently located for walkable exploring. Please book by August 5th. If you choose to stay here, there will be a transportation service provided to and from the venue on the 5th. There were some other fabulous boutique hotel options we'd also recommend but were not large enough for a group event booking. Please note if you do choose to stay somewhere else, transportation will not be provided. However, Ubers are readily available in the area! Other options: Margaret-Hôtel Chouleur, Hôtel Jardins Secrets, Hôtel Maison Albar-L'Imperator.
Flight
There are many travel options available! One of our recommended budget airlines out of LA + NY direct to Paris is French Bee. We've flown with them a couple times and have had great experiences for incredibly low prices. From Paris, it is an option to take a train to NÎmes. Listed below are just a few of the train line options. If you wish to fly direct to Nîmes, the FNI Airport is only 6 minutes from the venue and only 10 minutes from NÎmes city center. Another international airport option is Montpellier-Méditerranée (MPL) which is about a 35 minute drive from Nîmes city center. We list out the differing airport and train station options in more detail in our FAQ section.
Train
There are many train options from Paris to Nîmes, here are a few which will start at ~3 hours and increase depending on direct routes or ones with stops. Please note the most direct route is to Nîmes Centre station. Nîmes Pont du Gard is also a station option but it is further outside the city. We recommend booking 30-60 days in advance.
