We take you back to our high school years. The year was 2005...it was cheer tryouts and Julian and his cousin thought it would be great to try something new. So why not try out for cheerleading? Nikki was the cheer captain and was sitting in on the tryouts with the coach. When tryouts were over they came together as a team to discuss who they thought could help in the upcoming competition. Nikki was opposed to the idea from the start. She argued with everyone that having males on the team would be a distraction to them and she was determined to take a title and meant business at all times. She caved and Julian was part of the team. They became stunt partners and began to talk.... the rest is history.

Summer vacation began in Orlando, Florida. Nikki planned meticulously what each day would bring for them besides this detail. Their second day at Disney World, they visited Magic Kingdom. The moment was on Julian's mind the whole day. As the day was getting closer to their reservation at Be our Guest, people were trying to hint at heading back to the hotel to freshen up. However, Nikki wanted to make the most and stayed at the park until the reservation. So the pack of them stayed around the park making memories and waiting for the reservation. Closer to time they were taking pictures by the Beauty and the Beast Castle when Julian got down on one knee, and then they were engaged. Nikki had an out of body experience and did not cry until fifteen minutes passed. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you at our wedding!
