Is the resort all inclusive?

Answer

Yes! All of the dining, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are a part of the all inclusive experience!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

All of our wedding events will be outdoors!

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Please make sure your passport is up to date and that it is not within 6 months of expiring!

Will we be leaving the resort?

Answer

No, we do not have any plans to leave the resort during our wedding weekend! If you are interested in leaving the resort, we recommend checking out Isla Mujeres, a beautiful island not too far from the resort. More details in the "things to do" section".

Do I have to book with your travel agent using the booking site?

Answer

Yes! Please book with the travel agent on our booking site! Our travel agent has secured a special rate for our group and this ensures you are included in our wedding guest list. Otherwise, your reservation will incur additional fees to attend wedding related events like our welcome party, wedding ceremony, and reception. Our travel agent has secured a special rate for our group and she can also arrange your transfers to and from the resort.

Is there a deadline for booking my room?

Answer

Yes! The deposit is due by September 1, 2025, and all reservations must be paid by November 1, 2025. Please see our booking website for more details, or reach out to Calli our Travel Agent!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please try to RSVP by September 1, 2025 (to align with when the room deposit is due) to give us the best headcount. We understand the logistics of attending a destination wedding is hard to plan in advance due to life and work, but text us if there are any concerns and we will work with you! We would love for you to be there and spend the weekend with us for as few or as many days as you can!

Is there a minimum number of nights I have to stay?

Answer

Yes! There is a 3 night minimum. It means so much to us to have our closest family and friends travel to celebrate with us. We recommend arriving Wednesday or Thursday and leaving Sunday- this way you can get back in time for work on Monday ;)

Should I purchase insurance with my room reservation?

Answer

We personally waived the insurance option. Our travel agent Calli is available to further discuss trip insurance with you if you should need it :)

How will I get to the resort from the airport, and how do I get back?

Answer

Transfers can be purchased at the same time you book your room through the booking site. You have the option to book "shared transfers", which will include stops to other resorts along the way to Atelier for $41 per person, round trip. If you know you will be traveling to the resort on the same flight as several other guests (up to 7 people), you can select "private transfers". The listed pricing is per vehicle, round trip. The details are as follows: Private Vehicle: $138 per vehicle, round trip- up to 7 passengers Private Lincoln Navigator: $266 per vehicle, round trip- up to 5 passengers Private Limousine: $501 per vehicle, round trip- up to 10 passengers

We invite you to get dressed up with us in Island Chic for our welcome celebration! Think elegant, yet comfortable attire, perfect for an evening in paradise! Light, breathable fabrics are ideal for the warm Mexican weather and the resort's chic atmosphere. Ladies: midi- or knee-length dresses or dressy separates Gentlemen: light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks. No flip flops please!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The attire for our wedding is Tropical Cocktail and Formal. Embrace vibrant colors, tropical patterns, and elegant sophistication. Think formal, yet fun, with a touch of the tropics- we want you to feel both festive and fabulous as we celebrate in paradise! Ladies: Cocktail or midi-length dresses are perfect! Colorful and fun patterns encouraged! Gentlemen: Suits with a tie. No sneakers please!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our day with you! However, due to venue capacity restrictions, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear on your invite as well as when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Although we love the little ones, our chosen venue is unable to accommodate children.
