How has COVID-19 impacted the wedding plans?

Answer

2020 has been a reminder that life is precious. We pray for health and joy for you and your families. Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 in Florida and venue limitations, we have decided that we will continue to get married and have a small ceremony on September 6th, 2020 that will only include our family and bridal party/groomsmen. We will have a Zoom link or Facebook Live for you to follow along from wherever you find yourself that day! We would like to dance, hug, and celebrate with you in a way free from potential danger. Our hearts are saddened because we will not be able to celebrate with every single one of you right now. Each of you holds a special place in our lives! We are also thankful for the ways this has had us reflect on marriage as committing our lives to each other before God, not having a huge party (but you know we love the party!).

Do you plan to postpone the reception?

Answer

Yes! You are all invited to our postponed wedding reception & Beach Blowout Extravaganza in Destin, Florida on a weekend later on in 2021, we are not planning a date at this time due to the uncertainty of the virus. Details to follow. We hope to be reunited as one whole family!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 6, 2020, and don't forget the entire RSVP process is online! **We understand the COVID situation is evolving, but if you are able, please RSVP early**

Semi-formal to formal attire!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring a date unless it was specified in your invitation and in talking with us that you may bring a plus one.

Please bring your children if they were included on the invitation!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. However, please plan to take the hotel shuttle or uber/Lyft if you plan to drink. We care about your safety!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony.
