Our love story began as two tweens walking the hallways of Summit Charter Collegiate Academy in Porterville, CA. Friends of friends, we maintained a friendship for one semester of middle school capturing that time with a single photo. We then parted ways as Julian left to attend Burton Middle School. Many years down the road, we would reconnect at Fresno State University. Hosanna was studying Liberal Studies, while Julian had his eyes set on Nursing. What started out as two friends spending time together turned into multiple dates including mini golf trips, Fresno Grizzlies games, bowling (Julian always won), In-N-Out and various restaurants, and of course batting cages. On May 23, 2019, following a date at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo, Julian finally decided to ask Hosanna to be his girlfriend, and she suddenly became the luckiest woman in the world (Okay maybe Julian became the luckiest man in the world). Julian and Hosanna have been dating for the past 6 years and their relationship has since blossomed. They have supported each other through thick and thin, relied and developed a trust for each other, and have had many memories made over the years. On December 29, 2023 during a trip to New York City, Julian proposed to Hosanna making her again the luckiest woman in the world (Okay fine Julian is the luckiest man in the world!). The newly engaged couple has their eyes set on big goals and are looking forward to having all their friends and family involved.
