We're embracing the Halloween spirit, so creative touches and interpretations are welcome - or wear your favorite party outfit. Please note there will be some walking on gravel paths and uneven steps.

If you plan to take the arranged shuttles, please plan to be picked up from the Ameswell Hotel at 4pm.The shuttles will also drop everyone off at the Ameswell after the reception. It is also possible to drive to and park at Hakone, and cars can be picked up in the morning if you want to shuttle to the afterparty. Shuttle pickup from the Ameswell Hotel: 4:00 pm Cocktail hour: 4:30 -6:00 pm Dinner: 6:00 -7:30 pm Dancing: until 9:30pm Shuttles leave Hakone: 9:45pm
