Business casual to cocktail attire. Dark or autumn tones are welcome but optional! We're embracing the Halloween spirit, so creative touches and interpretations are welcome - or wear your favorite party outfit. Please note there will be some walking on gravel paths.

Veuillez noter qu'il y aura des marches sur des sentiers de gravier. Parking at Hakone is very limited - please plan to be picked up from the Ameswell Hotel at 4:30pm by the shuttles. The shuttles will also drop everyone off at the Ameswell after the reception. Shuttle pickup from the Ameswell Hotel: 4:30pm Cocktail hour: 5-6pm Dinner: 6-7pm Dancing: until 9:30pm Shuttles leave Hakone: 9:45pm
