Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in elevated attire suitable for a seaside celebration. Think light fabrics, elegant silhouettes, and festive touches. Men: Summer suits or dress slacks with a dress shirt (ties optional). Closed-toe shoes required. Women: Formal dresses in breathable fabrics. No black attire.

Who can I reach out to if I have a question on the wedding day?

Answer

Anyone but Julian and Corinne, when you arrive at the hotel there will be a welcome letter with all information for the wedding and points of contact.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Answer

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before July 01, 2025. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.

Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A passport is needed to fly internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Check this site for more passport info: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports

Is there transportation to and from the Hilton to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle service to and from the wedding to the Hilton.
