What type of rooms are available at Cabo Azul?

Answer

We have various room options at Cabo Azul: Junior Suites, One Bedrooms, Two Bedrooms and Three Bedroom Penthouses, all with different views. If a specific unit is not shown on the booking link, please call the reservation department at 800-438-2929 or email groups@diamondresorts.com and provide your full name, the group code (GPINROB19), unit type and desired travel dates.

What type of rooms are available at Hyatt Ziva?

Answer

We have various room options at Hyatt Ziva: Master King Bedrooms, One Bedrooms and Two Bedrooms. If you would like to request additional nights outside our peak nights (Oct. 31 - Nov. 2) or a different unit type not currently available on the booking link, please email: liliana.arias@hyatt.com with your full name, the group name “Julian + Carolina Wedding”, unit type and desired travel dates.

What are the cancellation policies for Cabo Azul and Hyatt Ziva?

Answer

Cabo Azul: The hotel must be contacted 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to cancel or modify your reservation to avoid a first night’s room and tax penalty. Hyatt Ziva: The hotel must be contacted one month prior to the arrival date to avoid any fees.

Is there a hotel reservation deadline to book at the special rates?

Answer

YES! You must book your reservation at Cabo Azul by September 1, 2019 to take advantage of the special rates. The deadline for Hyatt Ziva is September 30, 2019.

Cabo Azul: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Hyatt Ziva: Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.
