FAQs

The Wedding Website of Juliana Foster and Brandon Johnson
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal! You're free to wear whatever color you are most confident in, aside from our wedding colors to prevent wedding party mix-ups! Those include sage green, dusty blue, and white!

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we adore your children, this will be an adult-only event! For family members, if your children are invited their names will be listed on the invitation.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

Our itinerary is listed here on the website under the "Schedule" tab!

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes (weather permitting!) the ceremony will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly! The reception will be indoors, with an outdoor area available of those who wish to step away for a few minutes!

Question

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

1716 Glass Hill Rd, Goode, VA 24556

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Due to the winding mountain roads, we will have transportation services provided from the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot located at 4025 Wards Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502. Please be sure and RSVP for transportation when sending in your wedding RSVP. There is also a nice parking lot adjacent to the venue.

Question

Have you reserved hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the "Travel" tab on our website for more information.

Question

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Answer

Your presence and support is a gift all by itself, but if you'd like to go through our registry they are linked right here on the Zola website!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We have hired excellent photographers for the day, so we ask that phones and cameras stay put away during the ceremony. Take as many photos as you want at the reception, just make sure the photographer has the right-of-way!

Question

Is it ok to post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

While we know you want to show the world our love, we ask that you wait to post any photos of the wedding until we (the bride and groom) have posted our own photos!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The reception will have beer, wine, and seltzers. Cockatil hour will feature our signature drinks, no shots or straight liquor.
