Covid-19 was in full swing forcing us to cancel our family trip to Mexico. It was to be my 50th birthday celebration. Instead, Niall booked two nights at a secluded AirBnB on Vashon Island! THE Day - Niall is making us Mexico style margaritas and snacks. We are sitting out on the deck chairs, margaritas in hand, playing the cloud-shape-game. Niall goes to use the restroom. I'm studying the clouds while waiting - its his turn. About 5 minutes later Niall returns and is saying something to me but I'm not paying attention. He reaches out and touches my arm; I turn and There He Is - Down On One Knee, Holding a Ring. He is shaking and a lil sweaty....He says, "Juliana Will You Marry Me?" Spoiler alert! I Said Yes!
