We met at Susan Wagner High School. Neither of us know exactly when. It's as if we were just always friends. From long walks home to hours on the phone, we instantly loved each other. However, we had seperate paths in life at that time. Nine years later our paths crossed one late, drunk, memorable night at Danny Boys. And since than we have been inseparable.

Little did I know I was about to experience the best part of my life so far. My dad invited me out to dinner and because of my love for food I didn't even question why. When I came home I saw a balloon with my favorite picture of us from Disney hanging on it outside of our front door (Come to find out that was a total mistake). Lou heard me saying awwwww our Disney picture and answered "babe is that you, I have a surprise but you have to close your eyes". My ridiculous response, and very loud may I add, was "oh my God you got me a puppy!!!!". He pretended as if he did get me a puppy and made me close my eyes, hold out my hands, and walk further into the apartment where I thought my new puppy awaited. When he told me to open my eyes I saw a breath taking display of balloons with our pictures hanging from them, tealight candles all around us, cupcakes, champagne, glasses, and big balloons spelling out MARRY ME. I was so surprised I slapped him on the chest and said "so no puppy". The next few seconds were a blur, I was in shock. All I remember was I love you so much, him getting on one knee, and asking me to marry him.
