We met at work when Juliana applied to be a receptionist. You could say it was love at first sight. On a night out after one too many drinks, Juliana proclaimed her love for Leo after a couple of weeks of knowing him. A couple of Braums ice cream dates, and trips to the State Fair, and we were hooked. Something was different about the time being spent with one another. Like a missing piece finding the right puzzle. One thing led to another and fortunately, unfortunately, for the pandemic... We became a 'we' officially, and have built a little family with 4 puppies.
We typically like to take a cold vacation every year, it has become our little tradition. After the pandemic hit, we decided to escape and go to Colorado. After asking Juliana's mother, sister, brother in law, and neice for her hand in marriage, Leo orchestrated the most beautiful proposal. We went skiing on the second day of being in Colorado and at the very top of Copper Mountain, he got down on one knee and proposed. Having gone through an Oxygen tank and holding it together on the ski lift (being that Leo is petrified of heights), Leo had to calm Juliana down a little. Being 9700ft above sea level really had an impact on Julianas anxiety. Leo had to show her the ring to bring her down a little. And to focused, to ensure she heard the question right . Leo had to be sure. Since then Leo has taken multiples of opportunities to reassure the answer remains the same. And has proposed another 3 times (and counting)
