Question

How to get to and from the venue

Answer

Parking is available at the venue if you plan to drive. There will also be a 56-person capacity shuttle departing from the Hyatt Place Cascade Station at 4:00PM and leaving the venue to return to the Hyatt Place at 10:10PM. If you are not driving and staying within the area or at the hotel and would like to utilize the shuttle going to or returning from the wedding, please let Hari or Juli know. We will keep track of the numbers. If you plan to Uber, catching an Uber from anywhere in Portland to the wedding location should be easy. It is advised that you pre-reserve an Uber or taxi for after the wedding as it might be difficult to timely call one from the venue. It is typically a 25-35 minute drive to the venue from most locations in Portland.

Where is the Welcome Event

Answer

The welcome event is located at Brix Tavern in the Pearl District of Portland. Easily accessible by Max (Portland's metro train), Bus, Uber, and limited street parking.

Dress Code

Answer

The dress code is formal garden party. Semi-formal / Cocktail attire is recommended and includes Western options and Indian ethnic wear. The Venue is mostly paved with some grassy areas, so please feel free to wear any shoes you are comfortable in.

Answer

Please do not bring wrapped or boxed gifts to the wedding, as we are traveling from Philadelphia. The registry is located in a section on this website, and there will also be a box for cards at the wedding.
