Question

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1st, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at the Plantation Golf and Country Club. The ceremony will be held outdoors under a covered veranda, cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors with full access to the veranda and wrap-around balcony!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. There will be plenty of parking available.

Question

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

There will be shuttles available only from the Springhill Suites Hotel. Please note that it only makes two trips. The Embassy Suites does not offer any sort of shuttle service. We also recommend using either Uber or Lyft.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, this is a semi-formal event. We kindly encourage our favorite people to dress in colors from our color palette on our special day. Recommended colors are any blues, greens, black, and tan. Please refer to your guest attire card in your invitation!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. A photo booth will also be present!

Question

Where should I stay for the weekend?

We are so grateful you are traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Travel" tab to see the recommended hotels in the area.
