What time should I arrive?

The doors to the venue are scheduled to open at 5:30pm, with a prompt ceremony start time of 6pm.

Where should guests park?
Answer
Please allow extra travel time to locate parking. We'd recommend using the parking garage located at the Center City Double Tree Hotel, as it is in close proximity to our venue!

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire or black-tie optional.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The event is fully indoors!

While we love your little ones, we kindly request this be an adult-only event.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate additional guests outside of those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

All guests will need to provide proof of age if asked at the bar. The Arts Ballroom will not be able to serve guests unless they have valid photo ID. Please be sure to bring your ID!
