Hotel
This link will take you to our hotel block with the Courtyard by Marriott Winchester Medical Center. Day of, shuttles will begin running from the hotel at around 3:00pm on a 30 minute cycle. The last time for the shuttle run from the hotel to the venue will be at 4:30pm. Later in the evening, the shuttles will begin their runs back to the hotel starting around 8:00pm with the last one leaving the venue at 10:00pm. Please consider parking at the hotel/nearby and taking the shuttle to the venue as there is very limited parking available on site.
