Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center

This hotel is in a prime destination, close to the highway and many shops and restaurants in Hamilton Town Center. It is about 20 minutes from Artisan Acres, our venue. Please book as soon as possible since it booking up quickly due its close proximity to Ruoff Music Center. Check in for this hotel is at 4:00 p.m. However, please call ahead to request early check in. Please call the hotel at (317) 674-1900 to speak with Noelle Duncan or another member of the front desk in order to arrange an earlier check in. Reservations must be made by May 20. If you are seeking other hotels, please book as soon as possible. We recommend: Holiday Inn Express Noblesville, Home2 Suites by Hilton-Indianapolis/Noblesville, the Courtyard by Marriot Indianapolis Noblesville, Springhill Suites in Indianapolis Westfield, and Courtyard Indianapolis Castleton. If rooms are not available at any particular hotel, please continue to check in as we get closer to our wedding date as many "rooms on hold" may become available.

Shuttle

Antique Limousines Shuttle Services

April 27, 2026 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle will be available for anyone staying at the Embassy Suites Noblesville to have a ride to our venue. The shuttle will leave promptly at 3:30 p.m. from Embassy Suites Noblesville in order for guests to begin to arrive at 4:00 p.m. The shuttle will also be available at the end of the evening. After Michael and Julia's departure, guests can begin loading the shuttle to head back to Embassy Suites. The shuttle will leave Artisan Acres at 10:30 p.m. The shuttle will not be available at any other time throughout the evening. If you would like a ride to or from the venue at any other time, please consider taking an Uber or taking your individual car. We hope this gives everyone a comfortable and safe option to travel to our wedding!
