We met as friends at the University of Alabama through my brother, Neil, and some mutual friends. We reconnected in Birmingham in 2021, also through my brother's birthday party, and started dating. 

Wesley proposed on a quiet night at home, just before we went out to dinner, and I easily said yes.  We can't wait to see what the future brings and to travel it together.
