Please plan to arrive at New Leaf Farm at least 20-30 minutes before the start time of the ceremony to ensure you can choose a seat and say "Hello" to other guests before the start of the ceremony!
We want our guests to be formal yet comfortable; think cocktail/formal! Ties, jackets, midi or floor length dresses. You get the idea!

Unless specifically invited by the groom or bride, please leave your little ones at home. We would love to get together with them another time!
We can only accommodate those who were specifically invited on the invitation by the bride and groom. If you were given a “plus one” not listed by name, the invitation envelope will say your name “and Guest”. If you are unsure of an invitation status, feel free to reach out to Frank & Julia.
You know we love furry friends. Unfortunately, the farm has animals that are not safe to be around pets! Please leave them at home
We would appreciate if phones were kept away during the ceremony in order for our photographer to capture everyone in the moment. We will share all of our photos after the wedding!
We did our best to pick meals that have options for all. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to Frank and Julia about the options!
Duh! Cash to tip the wonderful bartenders who are helping make our day memorable would be greatly appreciated.
There is parking at the venue! You can drive your car into the entrance and someone will be there to park the car for you. Please allow the venue to park your car as self parking is not an option.
Yes! All cars need to be removed from the venue by 9 am on Sunday 10/11/2026

Yes! We will have shuttles arriving at Hotel Anthracite and Hilton to bring guests to the ceremony and return them to the hotels at the end of the night. Please see our "Travel" page for more information.
Unfortunately, we will miss you on our big day! Please remember to RSVP by the date indicated on the wedding invitation so we can inform our vendors of most accurate attendance in a timely manner.
