Hotels to the Church o 1:15PM (Trade only) o 1:30PM (Trade, Hilton, Hyatt) o 1:45PM (Trade only - last shuttle) Church to Hotels (Post-Ceremony) *Est. earliest shuttles start between 2:30-2:45PM immediately following ceremony* o (x2) busses to the Trade, running back and forth o (x1) bus to the Hilton (second ride TBD - will run if needed) o (x1) bus to the Hyatt (second ride TBD - will run if needed) Trade to Boone & Crockett (local bar option for guests pre-cocktail hour) *B&C is walking distance to reception venue* o 3:45PM: Leave Trade to B&C o 4:00PM: Leave Trade to B&C o 4:15PM: Leave Trade to B&C Hotels to The Factory on Barclay o 4:45PM (Hilton + Trade + Hyatt) o 5:00PM (Trade only) o 5:15PM (as needed) The Factory on Barclay to Hotels *Routes below are for Hilton & Trade, but will also run for Hyatt as needed* o 10PM & 11PM (for early departures) o 11:30PM o 11:45PM o 12:00AM o 12:15AM The Factory to Steny’s (post-reception after party) o 11:45PM (x2) shuttles o 12:00AM (x2) shuttles Steny’s to Hotels *Routes below are for Hilton & Trade, but will also run for Hyatt as needed* o 1:00AM o 1:30AM o 2:00AM
