He will open up more rooms for us after the first batch of rooms are reserved. They only require a one night minimum stay at this hotel. They are conveniently located across the street from Inn at Occidental and a block away from Negri's. The hotel is walkable, and located downtown Occidental.

Hotel Petaluma is very walkable and conveniently located in central downtown Petaluma with many restaurants and shops. This hotel is about a 30-40 minute drive to the wedding venue, but a very scenic drive. This hotel will be about 20 minutes from Ashton and Julia's home as well as Chad and Dixi Taylor's home.

This B&B is located downtown Occidental and is walkable to shops and restaurants. It is about a mile or 5-10 minute drive to the wedding venue. The Taylor's will be staying at this venue, and it is across the street from the Occidental Lodge in Occidental. They also have a cute wine bar in the main building. They do require a two night minimum stay. Matthew is the manager/owner of hotel. Please mention you are staying for the Taylor wedding when booking.
