Airports

The closest airports to fly into are Punta Gorda (20 mins away), and Sarasota-Bradenton (35 minutes away). Fort Myers (80 minutes away) and Tampa (120 minutes away) are also options. To get from the airport to the island, a rental car is the best option. Parking on the island is free and abundant. You can Uber/Lyft to the island, but can ONLY be picked up on the island by Lyft. The Inn also offers shuttle service to all area airports. There are direct flights from Pittsburgh and Providence to Punta Gorda on Allegiant Air. You can only make Allegiant flight reservations on their official website, www.allegiantair.com. Allegiant also has direct flights from Pittsburgh to Sarasota. Boston has direct flights to Sarasota, Tampa, and Ft. Myers. Southwest has direct flights to Fort Myers and Tampa from Pittsburgh.
