Where will the wedding events be held?

What should I wear?

Answer

Our attire is Spring Formal- Dressy and light colored clothing, if you have something floral patterned go for it! (gentlemen too!) Do not be afraid to go all out! However, please do not wear the following colors as these are reserved for the wedding party: White, Peach, Lavender. No jeans or t-shirts. Please do dress comfortably for the weather and to play lawn games. For our jiu jitsu family: Yes, we are going to have open mat at the reception. Either bring your gi or borrow one of ours. We will have a changing room.

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We are having a “family style” dinner so if you have special dietary requirements please let us know via your rsvp. We will make sure to have an accommodation for you.

Should I bring a gift to your wedding?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, however, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address.

Will there be jiu jitsu?

Answer

Yes! Please bring your gear!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a beer and wine open bar to enjoy.
