When and where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is on May 24, 2025, at The Monroe on 415th. The Ceremony will be in the Chapel, and the reception will be in the reception space.

What’s the dress code?

Garden Attire: Springtime elegance — sun dresses, pastels, light fabrics, and soft florals

What time should I arrive?

Answer

To ensure you don't miss any part of the celebration, consider arriving at least 30 minutes early.​

Will I be able to take photos or videos?

Answer

Absolutely—we encourage it! You'll find QR codes throughout the venue that you can scan to share your photos with us. Just be sure to keep your phones on silent during the ceremony.

Is there a reception afterward?

Answer

Yes! There will be a mocktail hour immediately following the ceremony in the courtyard, followed by the reception at 3:30 p.m. in the reception space.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors in the chapel. The mocktail hour will be outdoors in the courtyard, and the reception will be indoors.

Are there hotel blocks or nearby places to stay?

Answer

Yes! McMinnville offers several accommodation options, including:​ - Hampton Inn McMinnville: A 3-star hotel featuring free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor pool. ​ - The Inn At Tree City, BW Signature Collection: Located in the heart of McMinnville, offering comfortable rooms and amenities. ​ - Americas Best Value Inn McMinnville: A budget-friendly option with complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. ​ - Scottish Inns McMinnville: Provides easy access to Route 70S and local attractions. ​ hihotels Additionally, McMinnville has numerous Airbnb options, ranging from cozy cabins to spacious homes. There are also options near Nashville, but be mindful that you will have to drive an hour and a half to the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There is parking available right next to the venue. Just follow the signs down the gravel road, and you’ll be directed to the designated parking area.

Will there be food and drinks at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Guests will enjoy a mocktail hour featuring a coffee and boba bar, along with appetizers. Dinner and additional beverages will be served afterward during the reception.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We ask that you do not bring babies to the ceremony. They are more than welcome to join anytime right after the ceremony. Toddlers and up are welcome!

What if I can’t attend?

Answer

Please let the couple know as soon as possible by RSVPing online or contacting them directly. We will also be having another reception on June 21st at the NOVA Church: 3431 Carlin Springs Rd. Unit A, Falls Church, VA 22041. You are welcome to come and go as you please to show your support to the couple.
