Maria & Dave are two of the most loving and caring people you will ever meet. The moment you walk into their house you instantly feel how much they value family. No matter what may be going on in their own lives if family needs them they will be there. From day one Thomas has always felt welcomed and comfortable; even if that meant being at Julia's house without her while she works her crazy shift work! Maria is always there to listen and gives the most thoughtful advice; always looking out for what is best for you. Dave will be there for anything you ever need; whether that is fixing a car, giving you housing tips, or teaching Thomas how to fish! Thomas is incredibly thankful to be able to call Maria & Dave his in-laws; and is grateful for raising Julia to be the woman of his dreams.
Joanne & Frank Tatone
Mother & Father of the Groom
These two will make everyone feel at home whether at their sailboat or at their house; welcoming everyone with the best cocktails or a glass of wine and delicious meals (PS: Frank has the best Focaccia recipe). They are extremely welcoming, loving, and supportive of not just their own children, but their extended family as well. Julia is incredibly thankful that from day one of meeting her soon-to-be-in-laws they accepted her and treated her like their own daughter. Frank & Joanne not only opened their home and their hearts to just Julia, but to her whole family; and nothing has meant more to Thomas and Julia. A big thank you to Frank and Joanne for raising Thomas to be the man he is today! Julia is so happy and beyond lucky to have Joanne & Frank to call her in-laws!
Marissa Pollard
Maid of Honor
The Maid of Honour is none other than Julia's older Sister. She is one of the most creative Pollard family member, and the most organized! You'll see all of her creativity at the events leading up to the wedding and the wedding itself. Marissa was tough on Thomas at first, making sure he wasn't going to hurt her little sister. But now the two of them joke around and even tease Julia together. She never fails to make Julia laugh, and knows her better than anyone. She even hid between boats taking photos of the proposal because she knew Julia would want the moment captured! Julia truly wouldn't be who she is today without her older sister and is so glad to have her by her side! You'll find Marissa making sure that every guest is having a good time; while also carrying a glass of red wine!
Lucas Lattavo
Best Man
Lucas has been Thomas's best friend for longer than they can remember, he is more like a brother then a friend. Thomas knew Lucas would be his best man at the age of 10. They have been inseparable. These two have gotten into A LOT of trouble together yet they will always have each others back. Lucas instantly welcomed Julia, and has seen their relationship blossom from the very beginning. Lucas was actually the very first one Thomas told when he bought the ring! He instantly cried, and the two of them celebrated. They couldn't imagine a more fitting best man for their wedding! Most likely you will hear Lucas before you can find him!
Natalie Kit

Natalie is the most genuine, humble and caring human being Julia and Thomas have ever met. Brad thankfully brought Natalie into the Pollard family in 2013, and they all cannot imagine it any other way. She has been a sister figure to Julia since the beginning of her and Brad's relationship. The pure joy on her face when Julia walked in after getting engaged will never be forgotten. Natalie is that person in your life that will always be there for you even if her world is crashing down, or even when she has her own wedding to plan! Julia cannot imagine a more loyal and loving bridesmaid/future sister in law! You can find Natalie where the wine is flowing; red, white, or rose she'll enjoy every glass!
Bradley Pollard

Brad is Julia's older brother, yes she has a brother! He may be quiet, but he has the biggest & kindest heart. He has been there for Julia and their family through some of the toughest times in their lives. Just like Marissa, Brad was tough on Thomas as well. For the longest time Thomas didn't know if Brad liked him...I mean he did spill a large hot coffee on Brad the first time they hung out together! Now surprisingly enough these two guys spend every nice day out on the water jetskiing together. They truly have become the brothers that they both have always wanted (aka The Broskii's). You can find Brad at the late night snack stations being sure to taste test all the options!
Cassie Tatone

Cassie aka the most chic creative independent female in the family! Cassie is Thomas's older more creative sister. Both Julia and Thomas look up to Cassie for her independence and her strength. In fact, it was Cassie who taught Thomas at a young age the importance of respecting females; and Julia is forever thankful for that. She protects Thomas with her whole heart, and will always be there for him and Julia no matter what. She also always has the tastiest vegetarian food, and the newest sowing trends... she even makes her own clothing!If you ever need or tips on the latest sustainable fashion or the best vegetarian food Cassie is your girl! You'll find her grooving on the dance floor, showing us all how to dance!
Nicholas Haley

Cassie brought Nic into the Tatone family, and he has truly been such a giving, go-lucky happy addition. It was only natural that Thomas was tough on Nic for the first little while. Now Thomas couldn't imagine a more perfect person for his sister. Nic is the closest thing to a genius, if you want to talk to someone about coding, engineering, or even how to survive in the wild he's your guy! He also always has the newest and tastiest locals beers! You can find Nic looking stylish with a beer in hand grooving along side Cassie. Oh and he'll most likely be joining brad in indulging into the late night food stations too!
Natalia Torres

Natalia is one of Julia's longest friend; 12 years to be exact! It started out in grade 9 religion, and now they get to live out the wedding that they have always talked about. Natalia has supported Julia through every relationship/break up; but from the beginning of Thomas & Julia's relationship she knew this one was something different. Oh and never tell Natalia you like/want something because she will buy it and surprise you with it out of now where.. talk about the most giving loving friend ever! You can find Natalia where the tequila shots are or dancing to all the spanish music!; and she can even teach you how to say "cheers" in 4 different languages!
Ivan Cobanovic

Ivan is one of the newer Pollard members, and boy does he fit right in! Ivan and his family moved from Croatia when he was young, and has taught everyone in the family a lot about the delicious foods, traditions, and language that he grew up around. He is by far one of the hardest workers Thomas and Julia know; but despite how hard he works he never fails to put family first. Ivan is someone that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed! You can probably find Ivan giving the guests drinks and making sure everyone.. and I mean everyone is on the dance floor.
Natalie Ilczyszyn

Natalie (aka Nat - for the sake of repeated names in the bridal party) has also been one of Julia's longest friends. Nat and Julia grew very close when they flew across the world and travelled Europe. Since then they built memories they'll never forget. She knew Thomas would be a fit for Julia from the start. Actually if it wasn't for Nat, Julia never would have went on that first date! Nat is someone you can rely on for anything and everything, she will listen and be there for you always - even for crazy wedding planning during a pandemic! You can expect to find Nat mingling in a conversation with many of the guests, and making sure Julia is relaxed and having the best time!

Mark (Aka Marky D), the most happy go-lucky-guy both Julia & Thomas have ever met. Thomas and Marky D became good friends through Julia & Nat, in fact it is more of a bromance! These two guys and Lucas are the HVAC technician crew you didn't know you needed! If you are ever feeling down this is the guy to cheer you up, he has the most infectious laugh that instantly boosts everyones moods. By far the best and biggest hype-man there is. You'll either hear his contagious laugh or find him on the dance floor/bar making sure to get the party started!

Gabriella, may be one of Julia's more recent friendships.. but it sure doesn't feel like that! Julia always saw how close Thomas and Marc were, and it means so much to all of them that Gabriella and Julia were able to become just as close! These four have shared many laughs over sushi, trips to Niagara, and many cottage getaways. Gab is one of the most trustworthy individuals, with her honesty and loving personality. She will always have her friends backs, and support them with anything they need. If you need any beauty tips, or the best tea flavours she's definitely your girl! Expect her to be looking flawless as always, making sure Julia's hair/makeup is perfect and that she is stress free the whole day!

Marc and Thomas bonded at a young age through not completing homework, "band practices", and a few reckless vacations down south. These two guys have partied together, travelled together, and are now standing by Thomas's side while tying the knot. Marc is the type of guy that will always try to make you laugh; he is by far the jokester of the group. But don’t be fooled he has a huge heart, and will be there for you whenever you need him. You'll find Marc probably with Marky D hyping up the dance floor.. might as well call them Mark squared!
