Cocktail Attire. Come get fancy with us! Your snazziest suit & tie, formal separates, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, and floor-length dresses are all welcome. Please no jeans or t-shirts. This isn’t the Oscars, so tuxes are not necessary. Though it is technically spring, in Texas that can mean anything, so be prepared as the ceremony will be planned outside.
We are so excited to celebrate our big day with our friends and family, but unfortunately due to limited space at the venue, we have to limit it to those on our invitations! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Julia or Robert.
We love all your kiddos, but due to limited seating at our venue, only the children of the bridal party are invited. If you have any questions or difficulties with planning a kid-free weekend please reach out to Julia or Rob.
Our venue is a bit out of the main city, so transportation will be important to plan. There are plenty of parking spots if you choose to drive yourself. Additionally, we will have a shuttle service that will pick guests up from the hotel and return to the same hotel at the end of the night. Uber and Lift are also options, but as it's a bit out of the way, it may be harder to get to the venue, but it is possible. Please keep in mind we will have an open bar, so plan accordingly.
Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to make sure you find the location and are able to participate in all parts of the event!
As of right now, we are planning to have an outdoor ceremony before moving the reception inside. However, please keep in mind that Texas weather can be unpredictable so we may have to move inside if needed.
Yes! We will be having the ceremony, followed by a short cocktail hour leading to the reception. All events will be at one location so once you arrive you don't have to worry about leaving until the party stops!
