Dan went to school with Rhoads every day from Pre-K through College. Never liked him. Before Rhoads started dating Jules, he asked Dan what he thought of her. Dan said “Ha! She’s out of your league.” They frequently go months without talking then ‘catch up’ on the phone but exclusively talk about the Eagles.

Sarah is one of Julia's sisters and enjoys enabling Rhoads's habit of sharing embarrassing baby pictures with all of Julia's friends. Julia is known as Auntie Cordelia to her nieces and nephew, who love spending time with Julia and Rhoads, whether over FaceTime, at Hershey Park, or during Christmas.

Rhoads and Joe's (Joey to his childhood friends) friendship started on a rainy day as 3-year-olds at the fine academic institute known as Yardley Kids Academy. From there it was a budding friendship, where Rhoads and Joey were on almost every sports team together until high school. Fun fact - Joey and Danny joined Rhoads for his first trip to Europe in September 2018. They traveled to Madrid, Barcelona, and Munich for Oktoberfest. Real friendship was had when Danny fell off his bicycle and fractured his elbow about two hours into the trip and Joey got food poisoning on the train from Madrid to Barcelona. Let’s just say Rhoads was there to help, including providing an extra shirt mid-train 😂 😂

Kirsten and Jules met on their recruiting trip to Penn. To think, if she had gone to Air Force, they never would have shared an apartment after college with their now husbands! They still make sure to catch up once a month with their friend Bowe and call themselves the Breakfast Club. ☕️

Eric Schultz

Schultz knows Rhoads from high school water polo and swimming, and then followed him to Penn to swim. He figured Rhoads would run the world someday, so decided to tag along.

Megan Kinn

Megan and Julia met on their recruiting trip at Penn, and the rest is history! They spent most of freshman year in the same dorm room bonding over biology, gymnastics, and lack of sleep. They lived in the same house for the rest of college and ended up living in the same apartment building in Philly! Megan and Julia have had years of adventures and countless memories, with many more to come!

Eddie met Rhoads freshmen year of high school playing water polo together. He was his number one guy on the team and in his ❤️. He also helped Eddie pass a lot of tests in high school.

Dana and Julia met freshman year of college on the gymnastics team. From a never-ending game of Rummy 500 at Irish Pub with the bartenders to sports games at Tap House, they've been exploring Philadelphia together for the past 12 years!

Porter first met Rhoads while swimming at Penn. He has spent (and will spend) the rest of his adult life trying to beat Rhoads in all games.

While surviving nursing school together, Alexis and Jules started a friendship while bonding over their love of bourbon, concerts, sampan happy hour, and of course, big earrings! Despite their Eagles vs. Giants rivalry, they are still best of friends.

Will and Rhoads were college swimming teammates and housemates. Will also enjoyed many holidays with the Worster family and their wonderful hospitality.

Monjira Biswas

Monjira met Jules during a nursing school visit and became instant friends on day one of class. They love sharing giant sushi boats and drinking champagne together. Monjira crashed with Jules and Rhoads almost every week for a semester while commuting from NYC for NP school and the three of them made it a tradition to watch a cheesy Netflix rom-com together every visit.

Louis Valenziano

Louis is Julia's youngest brother and was able to grow a relationship through all the family parties, their trips to Hershey, and their love for Marco Island and fishing. Rhoads has served as one of Louis's great mentors in his life.

Maddie Antaya

Maddie and Jules work together in the Neuro ICU at HUP and bonded during difficult shifts at work and walks home from the hospital together. They've spent a lot of time outside of work, studying for NP school together, eating cheese and jam borekas, Arabic salads, Yemenite lattes at K'far, and taking study breaks in the dog park...before Riggs. They're also on a lifelong search to find the best blood orange margaritas and guacamole in Philadelphia.

Seth is Julia's brother who has been her partner in crime since they were young, just ask their brother Louis about the television remote. They love sports, relaxing together in Marco Island, FL, and Facetiming with their puppies!
