Yes! The whole point of this weekend is to bring our people together and have them stay together :) So, we’ve reserved the property to be able to create that environment. If there is an extenuating circumstance, feel free to reach out.
You don’t need to book separately. Rooms will be assigned by us after we have all RSVPs. See the Lodging section of the site for details.
Check-in is Friday, 9/18 at 4PM and check-out is Sunday, 9/20 at 11AM. If you want to extend your stay at Suttle Lodge please let us know in your RSVP.
Friday : On your own (2 restaurants on site open until 10:00 PM) Saturday: Breakfast/lunch: Boathouse open 8:00AM - 3:00 PM Dinner: Provided Chips and salsa bar for cocktail hour Pizza, salad and sides for dinner Late night snack and dessert ;) Bar: Cocktail hour hosted → then cash bar Sunday: On your own (2 restaurants on site open 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM) If you're in a cabin, you can bring outside food/drink as well. You just aren't allowed to bring it to the restaurants/bars. Cleaner = fewer questions.
On-site! There's plenty of on-site parking in front the lodge and various cabins.
The restaurants can mostly accommodate. Please let us know specific restrictions for the planning Saturday's dinner.
We hope to mostly be outside. Weather tends to be reliable in this area, so we plan to spend much of our time outside in the sun. Expect warm and sunny during the day and a fall chill to come in the evening. Wind can be common and it's always best to have something for rain just in case.
Due to venue/lodging capacity, we need to limit how many children attend. Unless specifically invited, we aren't able to accommodate. We do love your little kiddos though and can't wait to hear about them.
We are not able to accommodate pets. Leave those fury friends at home please.
Wi-Fi is available at the main Lodge and the Boathouse but outside of that cell service is spotty, so plan accordingly.
Plenty! Kayaks, swimming, hiking trails, fire pits, lawn games, so much good food, and lots of lake time.

Suttle Lake Lodge is in Central Oregon, near Sisters and about 3 hours from Portland and a little less than an hour from the Redmond airport. See the travel section of the website for details.
We’re optimistic we’re going to have a warm and sunny day, but Suttle is known to get chilly at night. We recommend bringing a warm jacket or coat for the evening and any other creature comforts you know you’ll need to stay cozy. Better to be overly prepared when it comes to weather in Central Oregon.
