Please arrive at the Woodbine Mansion for 4:00pm on September 20th, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm and will be followed by our reception - We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire—no polos, mini dresses, shorts, or jeans. Given Austin’s warm weather, lightweight fabrics like linen are perfectly appropriate, and jackets are optional. Want to add some country flare to your outfit? We encourage you to bring or wear your cowboy boots, hats, or any fun accessories you may have! Lastly, for our men and women who serve, we would be honoured if you chose to wear your formal uniform.
We love your little ones, but to keep our ceremony intimate and relaxed, we kindly ask that it be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!
Rideshare services like Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available to and from the venue at any time. Since we’ll have an open bar, please ensure you plan your transportation in advance and stay safe!
To help keep our celebration intimate, attendance will be limited to invited guests only.
The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, with convenient access to restrooms, food, and drinks inside a comfortably air-conditioned building.
There will be a fully stocked, open bar, to get everyone weird in Austin (responsibly).
Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy a lovely charcuterie bar during cocktail hour, followed by a Texas barbecue dinner and last but not least a s’mores bar for a late-night treat!
We kindly ask that guests put their phones and cameras away and be fully present with us during the unplugged ceremony. Our professional photographer will capture all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share them with you after the wedding!
Absolutely! We would love if you joined us at Aba in Austin on Friday, 19 September from 5pm-7pm for a pre-wedding celebration. 1011 S. Congress Ave Building 2, Unit 180, Austin, TX, 78704. Cocktail attire is perfect, there will be a delicious selection of passed plates and drinks for all. We hope to see you there!
