What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to grab a glass of champagne and find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The attire is black-tie optional, so feel free to dress up! If you don't opt for black tie, then please stick to formal attire, like floor length dresses and suits.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Guests who are offered plus ones will have a guest appear under their name when they RSVP. Unless specified, you do not have a plus one. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for your entire party.

Are kids (<12) welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love kids, we kindly ask that the ceremony and reception remain toddler free. That said, we’re happy to help arrange a babysitter if needed—just let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

I have a food allergy/dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, but please let us know ASAP. There is a vegetarian option for dinner.

Are there other hotel blocks besides Grand Bohemian?

Answer

Rooms at the Grand Bohemian are limited, so we have made other hotel blocks close by in Uptown Charlotte. The other hotels are within a 5-10 min walk from the Grand Bohemian. Let us know if you have troubles booking, we can help sort it out!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on turf, and the cocktail hour/reception are indoors.

What if I'm driving to brunch on Saturday?

Answer

If you are driving, please do not park in the driveway. Please park on the street and you can also park at the neighborhood clubhouse that is located at 9225 Liberty Hill Drive (Avoid parking in front of mailboxes or in golf cart spots.
