When will I get my invitation?

Answer

Formal invitations have been sent out the beginning of August. Please check back when you receive your invitation for updates and questions you may have.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place at the Woodwinds. Parking is also available on the grounds.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire or optional black tie. Attendees can wear a formal suit with a tie, a pants suit, or a dress (short & long dresses are acceptable).

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to have an age minimum of 21 years old, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the little kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

When should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue for the ceremony by 5:15pm.

Is there a shuttle to and from the Hotel/Venue for guests staying at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle from the hotel to the venue at 4:45 PM and leaving the hotel at 5PM with an arrival time of 5:10/15. There will also be a shuttle from the venue back to the hotel at 10PM, 11:15PM and 11:45PM.

Do you have a hotel blocked for guests?

Answer

Yes, there are rooms onsite at the Holiday Inn Express 2 miles (5 minutes) away from the Woodwinds Venue. To reserve a room call 203.488.4035, mention the Caccavale-O'Toole wedding and use the code word COW. Rooms must be booked by September 1st, 2023, however this is a first come first service basis for the hotel block itself. If the hotel block sell outs and you would like to stay at the hotel, please make a reservation with the hotel directly. If you book a hotel, please notify the bride or groom in order for them to have a headcount of guests staying at the hotel.

HOW DO WE RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP either by mailing back the tear off section of the invitation back to us or you can also do so online. Please don't forget to provide your name, guests name and food selections. Please do so by September 15th. www.zola.com/wedding/juliaandmichaeloctober27

CAN I TAKE MY OWN PICTURES AT THE WEDDING AND POST THEM TO SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to take pictures and post them on Social media. However, we do ask that nobody take pictures during the ceremony. We have a photographer there and stray phones and cameras can ruin important shots. Please be mindful of the photographer during important wedding moments.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Of course there is an open bar!!

WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

Answer

A variety of food will be served throughout the day. Cocktail Hour will have various themed stations and passed hors d'oeuvres, and the reception will feature a plated dinner and dessert. For dinner options you will have the option of Chicken Parm, Eggplant Parm, Filet Mignon, or Roasted Salmon. Please ensure to disclose any food allergies/dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

What time is check in at the hotel?

Answer

Check in at the hotel is at 3PM. The hotel said there is no guarantee early checkin however, you are welcome to call the hotel the day of to see if your room is available.

Are you having a registry?

Answer

You know us, we don’t do tradition. When it comes to wedding gifts, we have a proposition. There’s nothing we’d love more than to make memories that last forever. We’d love donations to help us plan the best honeymoon vacation ever.
