Things to know:
- Our hotel, Princess, is 1 of 3 Mundo Imperial hotels in Acapulco. The other 2 are Pierre and Palacio
- Palacio is closed for a private event
- If you purchased all inclusive, you can use it at Pierre
- The Princess spa is closed; you can use Pierre's spa
- Shuttles between Pierre and Princess are 24/7 + on-demand
- No fridge in rooms
- If taxi-ing from ACA airport, order from the official taxi kiosk outside baggage claim
Tipping suggestions:
- Bell hop - 50 pesos
- Taxi - 10%
- Standard tipping - 10-15% (even for all-inclusive guests, please tip 10% of what bill would’ve been)
Packing:

- Small peso bills for tips (20s, 50s, 100s)
- Cash for taxis/massages on beach
- Bag for pool (sunscreen, book, etc)
- Coin purse or wallet for pesos / room key / a credit card
