When is the RSVP Date?

Are plus one's/children invited?

Answer

Your invitation will specify if an additional guest's seat is reserved for you. The event will be child-free. Enjoy taking the night off and celebrating!

What is the menu?

If you have dietary restrictions/preferences, please inform us on your RSVP. Cocktail hour will have fruit and veggie appetizers available. Dinner will be served buffet style including: chicken french, sirloin beef, roasted potatoes, garlic green beans, marinated vegetables, potato salad, pasta salad, and garden salad

Is there an open bar?

Yes! The open bar will begin after the ceremony, from 4:30-5:30pm. It will close 1 hour for dinner, then reopen from 6:30-9:30pm. Alcohol is prohibited on the premises when bar is closed from 5:30-6:30pm.

Is there a room block or transportation?

Answer

We don't currently have a room block. We encourage guests to explore accommodations nearby and arrange for transportation if you are not staying on site.

Where is parking?

Answer

Parking is located behind the Inn. Lots of availability in lot, or on lawn for overflow. No cost or time limit.

What is the venue like/dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal dress, such as: button-ups, suit jackets, nice dresses, or jumpsuits. Bridal party colors: steel blue and charcoal gray. Ceremony is in the front of the Glen Iris Inn, overlooking the Middle Falls. Reception is under outdoor sailcloth tent. Pointed heels are possible, blocked heels or flats recommended.

Is photography allowed at the event?

We ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to be present with us in the experience. Our officiant will announce a brief moment for guest photos mid-ceremony. However, we would love to receive your photos from the rest of the day! (Send them to Julia)

Any other important info?

Answer

Your park pass is included in the invitation for free entrance to the Letchworth. If you forget this for your vehicle, cost is $10 at gate. The Portageville entrance is closest to the Inn. Wifi and cell service is limited/non existent in the Park depending on your carrier. Plan to print or download directions to/from the venue on your phone ahead of time.
