plan to arrive at the venue between 2–2:30pm so you have time to get settled before the ceremony begins around 3pm.

where should i stay?

Answer

there aren’t many places to stay directly in arcosanti, so most people will stay in nearby cities. north phoenix is the closest (about an hour), while scottsdale and downtown phoenix have more hotels, restaurants, and things to do (about 1–1.25 hours). sedona is a little farther (about 1–1.5 hours) but more scenic if you’re making a weekend out of it. airbnbs are a great option too, especially if you’re coming with a group.

how do i get to the venue?

We definitely recommend renting a car and driving up—the views are unreal and worth taking your time. Uber/Lyft and shuttle options are pretty limited out there. There’s plenty of parking at the venue, but just a heads up: once you get close, the roads turn to dirt.

what should i wear?

we’d love to see everyone dressed up for the night. september in the desert is usually warm in the late afternoon and cooler once the sun goes down, so just keep that in mind. the pinterest below is there for reference. please avoid white, cream, ivory, green, and brown. https://pin.it/527xAJ4oz

if you'd like to bring your kids, we may have already added it to your RSVP, but the choice is yours, you can also leave them at home! feel free to reach out if you have any questions
