Question

Will a COVID test be required to attend the ceremony and reception?

Answer

As of right now, no. Proof of a negative test is not required the day of the wedding for admittance.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitted, the ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking Narragansett Bay. The reception will be a combination of the two. Yard games and a fire pit will be available weather permitted, and dinner and dancing will be available indoors.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

First and foremost we want you to be comfortable! Suits and gowns are welcome, and so are blazers and cocktail dresses. Being that the ceremony is outside on the water (weather permitted), guests may want to consider having a cardigan or jacket in case of the coastal breeze from the ocean. Dress code at the country club prohibits jeans.

Question

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! For those planning to have a few cocktails during the festivities, we recommend taking advantage of our complementary shuttle services. There will be shuttles available to transport guests to and from the Fairfield Inn hotel. Please refer to the travel page for more information regarding transportation to and from the ceremony/reception.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

For those that are not planning to take the shuttle from the Fairfield Inn hotel, there is plenty of guest parking at the country club. Someone at the front of the club will be directing guests on where they can park.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The shuttles will begin transporting guests to the country club an hour prior to the ceremony. We recommend that you arrive a half hour to an hour before the start of the ceremony if planning to drive yourself to ensure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Save a tree, our RSVP can be completed on this website! We ask that you submit the RSVP as soon as you know whether or not you will be able to attend.

Question

How do I submit my online RSVP?

Answer

It's easy! Simply click on the RSVP page, type in your first and last name as it appears on your invitation, designate which members listed will be attending the event(s), select your meal option, and then hit submit. If you find yourself having a difficult time submitting your RSVP(s) please feel free to reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you! Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “will not attend,” so we can plan accordingly.
