Question

Are masks required at the Reception?

Answer

Yes. The Library has a strict mask policy, as follows: All in attendance are required to wear masks covering their mouth and nose throughout the evening. Guests who are seated at tables will be allowed to remove their masks while actively eating or drinking. At all other times, guests may lower their masks briefly to eat or drink but should not completely remove their masks. All personnel working the event, including vendors, catering staff and DJ, should always wear masks. The Library staff and security may choose to end the event if there is not consistent compliance to these requirements.

Where do we park for the Reception?

Answer

Parking is on 10th and Baltimore. If you are driving down 10th street (one way street), turn left on Baltimore and immediately left again into the library parking lot. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you haven't already, please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Separately plated vegetarian and gluten-free meals are available by request.

Are COVID Vaccinations required to attend?

Answer

Yes - for all those eligible to receive vaccinations. Based on current RSVPs, we expect all guests to be vaccinated.
