Day of wedding: Mustang Bus transportation will be arriving at the hotel around 2:00-2:10pm. The bus will be departing for the cathedral at approximately 2:15 pm in order to get to the cathedral on time and leave time for traffic. Please prepare to be on the bus by then. The bus will take those in the block to the cathedral, to the reception, and back to the hotel at the end of the night.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE TO THE HOTEL - Best Western Vista Inn at the Airport:
- Go out from Baggage Claim to Pole #9
- Go across the street to the second curb
- Look for the black Airport Shuttle which has several hotels listed on it. It runs in a loop depending on the needs of the passengers.
SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT needs to be scheduled at the hotel front desk, the night before departure.
