How do I get to the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Sheraton Hartford South Hotel to the Barns at Wesleyan Hills on Saturday. Please note, the shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3pm. Transportation will also be provided back to the hotel from the reception at 10pm. If you plan to drive yourself, there will be parking available at The Barns, as well as the option to leave your car overnight.

What are your COVID safety protocols?

Answer

The health and safety of our guests is our utmost priority! All guests must be vaccinated (both vaccines + the booster) to attend. We will communicate any updates, changes, or additional precautions if necessary.

When is hotel check-in?

Answer

For guests arriving on Saturday 8/13, please note hotel check-in is at 3pm. Please be sure to request early check-in so you have enough time to join us for the ceremony at 4pm. If you plan to take the shuttle from the hotel, it will leave promptly at 3pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
