We are delighted to invite our cherished friends and family to be part of our special day! Our ceremony and reception will take place in our beloved backyard, just on the outskirts of Kingston. The schedule of the day will be as follows: 4pm – ceremony 4:45 – cocktail hour 6pm – dinner reception, speeches, etc. 8:30 – dancing & late night eats Important things to note: - There is absolutely no on-site parking available. To make things easy for everyone, we have rented school buses to help people travel to and from the venue. You can find more information about this below, and answers to any lingering questions in the FAQ page. - This will be an open bar event, however please don't forget to bring cash to tip our bartenders We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Our downtown shuttle bus(es) will be leaving from the Memorial Centre at 2:45pm on August 23rd. Please arrive at this pickup location AT LEAST 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure everyone makes it to our ceremony on time. The bus will not wait for you if you are late–it will be making a second stop at the Gardiners Road Carpool to pick up more of our guests. ****As a reminder, shuttle bus is your ONLY WAY TO AND FROM THIS EVENT****

August 23, 2025 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Our west end shuttle buses will be leaving from the Gardiners Road Carpool at Exit 611 between 3-3:30pm on August 23rd. Please arrive at this pickup location BY 3PM SHARP to ensure everyone makes it to our ceremony on time. One of the buses will be making a second stop at the Holiday Inn Express Kingston West to collect more of our guests. The buses we have rented will be easily identifiable–they are yellow school buses and "McCoy Bus Services" will be written on the side. ****As a reminder, shuttle buses are your ONLY WAY TO AND FROM THIS EVENT****

Our west end shuttle buses will be making an additional stop at the Holiday Inn Express West at 3:15pm, to pick up guests who have made accommodations here. For guests staying at the Holiday Inn, please be in the lobby at 3pm to ensure everyone makes it to our ceremony on time. The buses we have rented will be easily identifiable–they are yellow school buses and "McCoy Bus Services" will be written on the side. ****As a reminder, shuttle buses are your ONLY WAY TO AND FROM THIS EVENT****

We will have returning shuttles available for the following three locations: The Memorial Centre The Gardiner's Road Carpool The Holiday Inn Express West These shuttles will be departing our venue at the following times: 9pm 11pm 1:30am **** Please note that the shuttles will not be running continuously from 9pm-1:30am. The scheduled pickup times are listed above ****
