Complimentary Guest Shuttle to Rayshell Ranch

Gene and Julia are providing complimentary transportation for their guests to and from the wedding venue. Florida Tours will be arriving at the Hilton Palm Beach PBI at 3:00 PM — please be outside and ready to board by then, as the shuttle will depart promptly at 3:15 PM. Transportation back to the Hilton Palm Beach PBI will depart from Rayshell Ranch at approximately 10:00 PM. Not staying at the Hilton? No problem! You are welcome to drive and park at the hotel — parking is free. The shuttle departs from the Hilton Palm Beach PBI. Please don't feel obligated to take the shuttle if you are local to the area, have a rental car, or drove yourself from Florida — we simply want to make sure our guests are accommodated and taken care of! If you're driving yourself, please use Google Maps and just follow the blue line!
Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Semi-formal attire requested. We want you to feel polished but comfortable! Ladies, feel free to wear a dress of any length — from a cocktail dress to a flowy maxi. Dressy jumpsuits, pantsuits, or a chic skirt-and-top combo are all great options. Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie. Please note the ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting.
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM — please be seated no later than 4:15 PM to ensure we start on time. If you are driving yourself to the venue, please use Google Maps — it will take you directly to Rayshell Ranch. Yes, it's rural, but you will not get lost, so keep going! Following the ceremony, join us for cocktail hour from 5:00–6:00 PM — sip on cocktails or soft drinks and enjoy hors d'oeuvres while we kick off the celebration! Dinner and reception follow from 6:00–10:00 PM. Dinner will be served buffet style, featuring an Italian spread — because how could we not? Save room for the dessert table, which will of course include cannolis! A full menu will be added to the wedding website prior to the wedding. Once dinner wraps up, the real party begins!
