What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a tea-, ankle-, or floor-length evening gown, a formal jumpsuit, or a pantsuit. These can be paired with dressy heels or elegant flats. For men, a suit and tie with leather dress shoes are appropriate. Our wedding theme is garden party, so we'd love to see spring colors - but please wear whatever color you feel most confident in (just not white!).

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please let us know in advance and our caterer will make a suitable plate for you.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. There will be a time for photos at the end of the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive between 4:30 and 4:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, which gives you time to find your seat and settle in comfortably. Our vendors will be finalizing setup until 4:30pm, and we appreciate your patience during this time. If you do happen to arrive after the ceremony begins, please enter quietly to avoid disrupting the moment.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, we're hosting all of our wedding events at The Peach Orchard. The ceremony will take place in the chapel, followed by cocktail hour in the courtyard (weather permitting), and the reception in the ballroom.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available for guests at The Peach Orchard at no cost to you.

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

What happens if it rains?

Rest assured, both our ceremony and reception will take place indoors, so rain won't affect our celebration. Cocktail hour will flow between the courtyard and reception hall, giving us flexibility to make the most of the space regardless of the weather.

What colors should I be aware of?

Answer

Our wedding palette features sage green, lavender purple, lilac, and butter yellow. Our bridesmaids will wear sage green, while the groomsmen will be dressed in black. The bride will wear white.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we'd absolutely love to have your child celebrate with us! We simply ask that children be supervised to keep the ceremony peaceful and uninterrupted.
