Julia went to business school with Christine. Ed worked and surfed with Jon. Christine was planning a birthday weekend for her husband Jon in Mexico in the summer of 2016. Ed and Julia were each invited separately to the birthday weekend. Christine noticed a spark at the first (of many) handmade margaritas. Julia caught Ed's eye as she attempted to do a yoga pose on a surfboard and fell headfirst into the water. Ed caught Julia's eye as he blended up a tomatillo salsa from scratch and added waaay too many onions to the guac. Between surf, kitchen and infinity pool sessions, Christine subtly worked her matchmaker magic. And little did anyone know... a love connection would be made!
