Is there an open bar?

We will have complimentary beer/wine, with a cash bar for any hard liquors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Please come well dressed - no jeans or t-shirts - but comfortable. If you're unsure, err on the side of being more formal.

Will there be rooms blocked off?

Answer

We will have rooms blocked off at a casino in Black Hawk, depending on the interest level. If you would prefer to stay closer to Denver & the airport, the Travel page has a list of hotel options.

Will there be a shuttle/transportation?

Answer

We will have shuttles run between Black Hawk and the venue, picking up at 2:30, 3:00, 9:30, and 10:00. If you are not staying in Black Hawk, you are free to park in the area and hop on a shuttle to the venue - the distance is the same from Golden, but this means you won't have to drive up the mountainside.
