Please RSVP on the Zola website by June 1st. You can do this by typing your name in under the RSVP tab.
Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress. Ladies: keep in mind when picking shoes that the venue is largely grass.
We plan to have some kids of immediate family members in attendance, but ask everyone else to enjoy a kid free evening! If you have any questions/concerns please reach out to Connor or Julia.
Planet Bluegrass has plenty of parking on the property if you plan to drive yourself. The venue asks that all cars are off the property by 11pm. If necessary, for safety or unexpected reasons, the venue asks that every effort be made to have vehicles be picked no later than 9:00am the following morning.
Uber/Lyft are available from the Boulder area to the venue, however are often NOT available from Lyons back to the greater Boulder area. Please plan your evening transportation accordingly and reach out if you have any questions. We suggest booking ahead of time if you plan to use a service. Planet Bluegrass Ranch is located on Highway 36, just northwest of the historic downtown area of Lyons, CO. The property is bordered by the North St. Vrain River - between the bridges just outside of Lyons. It's just 25 minutes from Boulder and about an hour from Denver or Fort Collins.
