What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by March the 31st, so we can plan an appropriate amount of food, beverages, and fun!

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Our venue does not provide any parking. We ask that all guests utilize the shuttle service that we have reserved (See Shuttle Deets below). You can also use rideshare options such as Uber or Lyft if you prefer.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place outside. However, our venue is a residence so we hope you will make yourself at home!

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! In fact, because there is absolutely no parking available at our venue, we ask that everyone utilizes our reserved shuttle service.

What are the shuttle service deets?

Answer

Cruze Transport Service will be providing transportation from The Inn at Apple Valley to our venue and then 3 pickups times from our venue back to The Inn at Apple Valley. Pick up from The Inn at Apple Valley 1850 Parkway, Sevierville, TN 37862 Pickup time: 4:20pm **Please note this is the ONLY pick up from the hotel. (Party Bus that will be able to hold everyone). Return times back to the Inn at Apple Valley 8:00pm 9:00pm 10:00pm *After the 10:00 shuttle departure, any needed transportation will be self payed via ride share services. (These rides will be via 14-passenger van, so if waiting until the last pick-up there may not be enough room.)

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal. We want everyone to be comfortable but you will be out of place in jeans.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Please do not bring any guest that was not present on your invitation. Our wedding is very quaint as is our venue, so you made it on an exclusive list ;)

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children but come party with us without them! Use our wedding day as an excuse to hire a babysitter and come enjoy yourself!

Where should we bring/send your wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you absolutely want to shower us with more than your love, we would deeply appreciate money toward a honeymoon!
