FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

MARCH 28, 2026

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Resort elegant/ vacation best. This means long or short sundresses, or nice breezy blouses for ladies, and patterned button downs over shorts or slacks for guys. “Beach resort outfits” is a great google search term ;) sandals or flip flops are highly recommended for all!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding party will begin walking down the boardwalk promptly at 5:00. It is a long walk down the boardwalk from the parking lot, so try to arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow yourself time to park and make it down the aisle before us!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

This beach has a large public parking lot (paid parking) for the ceremony. Unfortunately, the city does not make exceptions to the paid parking for weddings. We highly recommend anyone with multiple vehicles that wants to attend the ceremony, to first meet up at The Gulf restaurant and carpool across the bridge to Alabama Point.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are having a child-free ceremony and reception. If you are in need of local childcare, please text Julia for details! She will arrange trusted childcare at her and Brandon's home that are prepared to watch children of all ages for the night!

Question

Is the restaurant bar open?

Answer

The restaurant bar will be open and some bartenders will be designated to our event! The first rounds of drinks are on us and then additional drinks can be purchased from the cash bar.
