FAQs

Question

Who do I call for questions?

Answer

Julia can answer all questions. It's a small wedding and it's no trouble at all for guests to call or text me directly! 443 604 3792

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Anyone is invited who wants to come (this is a festival)! If you have children and they were not included on your invite, feel free to bring them! However, if you were included in the family ticket package at will-call, you will need to purchase tickets for your children separately. Tickets go on sale August 1st at rennfest.com.

Question

What to wear?

Answer

The bride and groom will be in costume so... anything goes! But since this a fantasy themed wedding located at the Ren Fair, we strongly encourage guests to dress in costume. The Renaissance Festival has evolved into a very fantasy cosplay style festival and so you can be as creative as you want. If costumes are NOT your thing, you are welcome to come dressed in casual festival attire and ready for the weather.

Question

Buying Tickets

Answer

On your invitation, it is written if you will be picking up tickets at will call, or purchasing tickets on the website Aug 1st. The tickets purchased for will call were purchased as a small group package by the bride and groom only for immediate family. If you have tickets at will call, your number of will call tickets will be stated on your invite. If you would like to purchase more, tickets go on sale August 1st at rennfest.com.

Question

RSVP

Answer

Please RSVP by call or text to Julia at 443 604 3792 by July 15th.

Question

Can we come say "HI!" if we spot the bride and groom enjoying the festival?

Answer

During the free festival shenanigans, when all guests and wedding party splits up to enjoy the shows and shopping, we will also go off on our own to walk around and enjoy. If you spot us, come say hi! It's a wedding after all. We will have plenty of alone time during the honeymoon;)

Question

What to expect at the wedding

Answer

Needless to say, this wedding is not traditional! We will not have a cake, a bouquet toss, a traditional wedding party, tables, or our own decorations. We might have a first dance if we find the right song while exploring the festival, but we will play it by ear. This wedding is supposed to be fun and casual and small, so enjoy the party!
