Please arrive to the ceremony between 4:30pm and 4:45pm (by 4:45pm!) Traffic will be heavy! Please allow enough time to arrive and ride the elevator to the 11th floor! If you are staying at Hotel Monaco the trolley will leave promptly at 4:30pm.
