2:45 pm - 3:30 pm
Use this time to arrive, park, be seated, and commune with others as the bride and groom prepare to wed!
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
The Ceremony will be held in a meadow above the Lodge, pavilion, and pond. The dress code ranges from cocktail to formal wear. We ask that you wear darker colors. In case of weather in the days leading up to our wedding, we may urge guests wearing shoes that will accommodate the wet ground -- please choose your footwear accordingly!
The Bride and Groom respectfully ask that you sit on the assigned side of the aisle based on relation to the couple. We view this as a symbol of our two families arriving as two but leaving the ceremony as one. The reception will symbolize our families coming together to celebrate Julia and Bailey. Programs will be provided. Those who wish to honor the newlyweds can throw dried flower petals as they exit the ceremony. These will be provided on site; each type symbolizing a dearly departed loved one who will be present in memory and in spirit.
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm
The reception will be held at The Lodge on the property as well as Cocktail Hour. Guests can drive their vehicles there.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
The dress code ranges from cocktail to formal wear. We ask that you wear darker colors.
Guests will find their seats as cocktail hour comes to a close. An announcement will be made to introduce the bridal party as well as the bride and groom into the Lodge. The bride and groom will share their first dance then dinner will begin shortly after. Dinner will be self-served, buffet style. The Father of the Groom's competition BBQ Team, Blue and Gray BBQ, are catering the reception with assorted smoked meats and sides. During dinner there will be speeches provided by the Maid of Honor, Best Man, and parents, followed by a brief thank you from the newlyweds. Soon after, cake will be served then the mother-son/father-daughter dances will begin. Guests will be invited to the dance floor and the party begins! Final dance is at 9:50pm and send-off is at 10pm.
