Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors on the mansion terrace. The reception will be held indoors, right in the mansion.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is dressy cocktail attire: suit and tie, or floor-length dress.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. We ask guests to arrive by 4:00 pm to allow for parking and seating

Will drinks be available?

Answer

There will be an open soft bar (e.g., wine and beer) after the ceremony, as well as sodas, tea, lemonade, and water.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 1st so we can finalize seating and headcount.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Where should guests stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a hotel block at the Brut Hotel. It is 5 minutes away from the venue, and 15 minutes away from the Tulsa airport. It also offers a complimentary airport shuttle service for guests. Use code TGC for our discounted rate before April 30th.

Is parking or transportation provided?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue. The Brut Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, and between the hotel and venue.
